Recently, Asma’u successfully supported the execution of the Deepening Citizens’ Interest in Government Spending and Addressing Accompanying Corrupt Practices (DeSPAAC) project. This project, generously sponsored by the Mac Arthur Foundation and implemented by Connected Development (CODE), focused on tracking crucial projects in the education sector. Under this project, Asma’u tracked the distribution of books in primary schools to support learning across Kaduna North.
She has a passion for volunteering and driving positive change in communities by promoting accountable governance and ensuring that educational resources reach the intended recipients efficiently.
