Olamiposi is an advocate for peace, stability and social justice. She works with the Centre for Legal Support and Inmate Rehabilitation (CELSIR); an organization centred on the rehabilitation of formerly incarcerated individuals, as a communication and project officer, championing flagship projects such as the Mobile Library. She is also actively involved in community development.
As a result of her passion for human rights, Olamiposi is currently a trainee in the World Youth Alliance Certificate Program.
