Lilian Efobi is a Public Policy Professional and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Nigerian Global Affairs Council (NIGAC). She is passionate about policy advocacy, good governance, democracy, quality education for all and youth development. With over three years of experience in the policy and international development space, Lilian is set forth to bridge the gap in youth and women inclusion in governance through quality education advocacy and active citizen engagement.
Lilian is also a Youth Opportunity Hub Ambassador, An Accountaprenuer by AccountabilityLab, a Freedom of Information Ambassador for Lagos State, and a 2021 Commonwealth Scholar.
