Yusha’u Abubakar is a Health Information and Project Management Professional with over a decade of extensive practical working experience in Civil Society organizational development and public health management. Since 2011, he has been working to prevent sexual and gender-based violence, and promote adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights, family planning, good governance and women and youth political participation in Northern Nigeria.
Yusha’u is the founder of Enhancing Communities Action for Peace and Better Health Initiative (e-CAPH) and the current Co-Chair of Citizens Engagement Technical Working Group (TWG) of Open Government Partnership (OGP) Local, Kaduna.
He is exceptional in peacebuilding, women, youth and violence extremism prevention, project design, planning and coordination, advocacy, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and data visualization skills.
